F. Burke Dempsey - Managing Member

• As an investment banker for nearly 20 years, Burke completed in excess of 150 publicly-announced financing and merger transactions worldwide representing over $35 billion in aggregate value. Burke has spent significant time covering financial marketplaces and online information providers. Relevant transactions include advising Reuters on its spinoff of Instinet, the Chicago Mercantile's IPO, eSpeed's financings and JVs, and Fidelity National Financial's acquisition of Alltel Information Services.
• Burke is co-founder and Managing Member of RedGate Advisors LLC, a financial advisory firm. Burke was previously a Managing Director at UBS Warburg in New York. Over his career Burke was an EVP and Director of Capital Markets for fbr.com, an online investment bank in Washington, DC.; Principal at Montgomery Securities in San Francisco, and Director at Lehman Brothers in London and New York.
• Burke holds a B.S. degree from Stanford University

William E. Staib – Managing Member

• As a financial information technology entrepreneur, Bill has overseen the development and implementation of over 250 websites for some of the largest and most demanding financial services companies in the world. From 1998 to 2001 Bill was the CEO of Stockpoint which he built into a 170 employee market leader, and subsequently sold to Screaming Media/Pinnacor which later was sold to CBS Marketwatch.
• Bill was previously EVP of Technology at Pinnacor. In 1992, Bill created a neural-network based product that was recognized as "One of the Six Most Outstanding Engineering Achievements in the United States" by the National Society of Professional Engineers. He is the inventor of one international and two U.S. patents
• Bill holds a B.S. and M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University.

Oleg Y. Semin – Head of Technology

• With more than 15 years of organizing research and development at information technology companies Oleg applied innovative solutions in areas ranging from geophysics and space engineering to application of machine learning to financial analysis and healthcare. Oleg is currently a Managing Partner of Medda, LLC
• Oleg holds a M.S. in applied mathematics from Saint-Petersburg's Engineering Academy.
